Transferring Player
If you are a new player to BMHA, but are transferring from another Association, you will need to provide the above proof of identity and residence as well as a “Player Movement Form” (which can be found under the “Forms” tab). It must be completed and signed by the old Association and both parents even if the player only lives with one. There will also be a player movement fee.
New policy in effect March 2009: Transfer between BMHA and BWC
Player movements between Burnaby Minor (BMHA) and Burnaby Winter Club (BWC) will be allowed up to and including September 1st as per the Memorandum of Understanding between the BWC and BMHA signed March 2009.
